Our Sitters
All sitters have passed through an extensive screening process. They are the highest caliber of child care providers and are thoroughly background checked including an extensive FBI finger printing clearance.
Each sitter has been personally interviewed by Marion Gregory. Each exceptional employee has received her personal seal of approval by passing the extensive background check, individual reference check, the assessment of their resume along with the personal interview session. Ultimately, the sitter's interaction with children has been observed and each employee selected has been deemed to be an asset to the company.
About Marion Gregory
Owner and Director Marion Gregory is a 40 year resident of Naples, FL. She began A TLC Service in 1990 and is a member of The Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce. Prior to this Marion was the Director of Resident Services at Bently Village and loved interacting with the Residents. Marion was also with the Opening Team of the Ritz Carlton Beach Resort in Naples. Her varied experience includes creating a travel business while living in the Middle East, organizing and leading tours throughout the nearby countries of India, Nepal, Africa, Greece and Austria. She also volunteered for six months in Kathmandu, Nepal, teaching English and Art at an orphanage in Gonga Bu, caring for the ill and teaching Nepalese women to market their hand woven goods. Marion has brought her knowledge, business expertise and love to A TLC Service which has grown to be the go-to, trusted, childcare provider for the best hotels, private residences and facilities in South West Florida, having cared for thousands!

To obtain a reservation with a confirmed sitter for each date you request it is necessary to call Marion and give her your credit card information. Do not send this via email. We accept all credit cards to hold your reservation. We require the number, expiration date and the address where your statement is mailed.
The sitter is paid in CASH or LOCAL CHECK at the end of each day of service. Nothing goes on your credit card unless there is a cancellation within the 48-hour cancellation period.
There will be a 2-hour rate charge if canceled within the 48-hour reserved time. There will be the minimum 4-hour charge if canceled the DATE OF SERVICE.
Rates
All caregivers are highly educated and skilled including: Therapists, Psychologists, some degreed as RN, CNA, BS, MBA, MSW, Certified Dance Instructor, Educators, Art Teachers, Professional Singers, Makeup Artists and even a Fairy-tale Princess! Most importantly, A Tender Loving Care Service is known for TENDER LOVING CARE!

Caregiver Rates:
1 – 3 Children $25 HR + $5 Service Fee = $30 HR 1 – 3 Children (Two Families) $35 HR + $7 Service Fee = $42 HR 4 – 5 Children $40 HR + $8 Service Fee = $48 HR 4 – 5 Children (Two Families) $60 HR + $12 Service Fee = $72 HR Adult or Child with additional needs $30 HR + $6 Service Fee = $36 HR Parking not included.
Travel for Adults and Children:
Appointments, movies, errands, shopping, etc.
Mileage (caregiver’s vehicle): $.60 per mile (plus 4-hour minimum)
ALL RATES BASED ON 4-HOUR MINIMUM. We are not a franchise and unlike other agencies we do not charge an initial reservation or placement fee with an additional daily fee. PLEASE NOTE: Special Events AND four (4) or more dates booked within the same reservation require a 50% non-refundable advanced deposit (cash or check). Holiday rates quoted separately. Holidays are New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Presidents Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 48-HOUR CANCELLATION REQUIRED or appropriate 2-hour rate plus Service Fee will be charged. FULL PAYMENT IS DUE FOR SAME DAY CANCELLATION. These fees are applicable to ALL who reserve service. Normal service hours are 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM. An additional 1-hour charge will be added to hourly rate if sitting occurs before or after normal service hours.
Additional charge for travel outside of area. One-hour Courtesy Fee for last minute requests and emergency sitters. Advance deposit/payment (advance payment with check) is required for all holidays, weddings, group and extended stay reservations. Credit card information is required to confirm ALL reservations.
